Meet Warrick Chu
Born in the beautiful Philippines and raised as a global citizen, Warrick draws on finely-tuned skills, extensive experience and natural talent to meet clients’ diverse needs.
He was educated in 11 schools across 6 countries: Canada, USA, UK, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and the Philippines, including the prestigious St.Georges School in Vancouver. Having traveled to 50 countries across the globe, Warrick is a proud graduate of Stanford Graduate School of Business and Santa Clara University. He has invaluable experience having worked for leading global banking and investment management firm Goldman Sachs (in San Francisco) and EY (in New York), one of the ‘big 4’ accounting firms. He was one of four participants selected nationally to take part in an exclusive EY Accounting Researcher Program rotation, specializing in revenue recognition and restatements. Working as a senior financial analyst in the Goldman Sachs Investment Management Division, he helped manage US$2.7B in assets for high net worth individuals, families and foundations, as well as US$300M in dollar and non-dollar fixed income assets. |
A recipient of Business in Vancouver's Top Forty under 40 award in 2015 as well as the Jubilee Leadership & Service Award, Warrick is a diversified entrepreneur in F&B distribution, consulting, e-commerce, and retail. Along with fellow Stanford University alumni, he founded a global Venture Capital Fund in 2021.
On a personal level, Warrick is an avid tennis player and former coach. He’s also a fitness enthusiast. Warrick recently married Kanako and they live in Vancouver, beautiful British Columbia, where he follows his passion for matching the many real estate opportunities in this region to his clients’ needs. |
